URPA Academy Software brings students, class schedules, attendance, passes and communication into a single dashboard. It was born in a football training academy in Barcelona, where it is still used day to day; I develop and maintain it myself.
From a real problem to a platform in production
It didn't start from a blank template. It started with a real football academy that needed to stop losing information in spreadsheets.

A football skills academy in Sant Vicenç dels Horts (Barcelona) tracked students, session passes and attendance across Excel, paper and WhatsApp. Information got lost and nothing scaled.

I designed and built a custom backoffice
Roles for management, coaches and students. Class scheduling, passes that deduct themselves at roll call, permission-based documentation, internal messaging and notifications. No generic templates.

Today it runs the real day-to-day, on its own
